Return, Exchange & Buyback Policy

RETURNS /EXCHANGE

All eligible purchases can be returned within 10 days of delivery.

The return amount shall be credited within 8-10 working days once the returned product passes our quality-check procedure. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for return.

* Please note: Customised/Personalised pieces and solitaire jewels are not eligible for return. You can opt for exchange instead.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be converted to store credit note after seven days if the remaining balance has not been paid in full.

 

RESIZING

If you have any size issues, we are happy to resize your piece within 10 days of delivery.

 

LIFETIME EXCHANGE

We also have a lifetime exchange and buy back policy in place. All you have to do is ensure you return the original product along with the certificate.

Gold: 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate*

Diamond: 90% of the prevailing diamond value*

Moissanite: 90% of the prevailing moissanite value*

* Deduction will be made towards Making Charges, GST and Special Discounts.

 

LIFETIME BUYBACK

Diamond / Moissanite Jewellery: Additional 10% will be deducted from the lifetime exchange value*

Plain Gold Jewellery: Additional 3% will be deducted from the LTE value

* If original certificate is not provided, INR 500/per product will be deducted.

 

REPAIRS

We provide free repair service for any kind of damages within one year of delivery. Cost of diamonds/gemstones in case of lost diamonds are charged separately.
